How do I schedule posts?

You pick a list of clips and accounts once. One clip goes live per scheduled day. YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok upload when you save and go live at First post. Instagram waits and posts at that time.

  1. Open Library, check the clips you want, then Schedule. Or use Schedule folder / Schedule CTA clips, or open Scheduling in the rail.
  2. Clips must already have a file in the library. Connect the accounts you want under Profiles.
  3. Accounts only lists connected YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn profiles. If YouTube or Facebook is missing, connect it in Profiles, then come back to Scheduling. Google Drive and Amazon are not publish destinations.
  4. Under New schedule, set How often: every day, every other day, or once a week. That is how often the next clip goes live.
  5. Set First post in your local time. That is when the first clip goes live on the platform. Later clips follow How often. The list does not all publish on the same day.
  6. Tap the account chips to include or skip a connected profile. Pick the profile if you have more than one.
  7. Select the clips, or keep the folder / CTA set if you came from Library. Save the schedule.
  8. YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok: Studio uploads as soon as you save and asks the platform to go live at First post. The public feed stays empty until then. Look in YouTube Studio under Private, Facebook Planned posts, or TikTok scheduled posts. Facebook needs at least 10 minutes of lead time. YouTube videos are published as made for kids.
  9. Instagram: Studio waits and posts the Reel at First post. Instagram does not hold a scheduled Reel.
  10. On a saved schedule: Post now sends the next clip immediately. Pause stops the cadence. Resume starts it again. Delete removes the run.
  11. If YouTube hits a daily upload limit, remaining clips stay queued. Instagram needs a signed library file; a private vault URL will not post.
  12. For Instagram A/B, tap Reels + Trial under Accounts. Each scheduled Instagram post is a Reel and a Trial Reel. Compare those views on the clip’s Details page, under Performance, after Insights refresh.
